A superb family holiday park set in 184 acres of stunning countryside, just a few miles from Newquay’s stunning beaches, White Acres boasts 13 tranquil fishing lakes and a range of facilities to keep everyone happy.
Don’t forget to bring your fishing rod along for a spot of coarse fishing. Our lakes are well stocked with a range of fish ready for the fight.
We have lakes for all abilities, even if you’re a beginner we have plenty to offer! If you up for challenge you can join in our weekly matches too.
At White Acres we’ve got holiday homes / caravans for every party size and budget – all close to our 13 tranquil lakes. Whichever one you choose you can be sure of superb quality and home comforts and to make life even easier all of our accommodation at White Acres comes complete with a tackle locker. Plus all our beds are now made up on arrival so you can get straight out and hit the lakes!
Better Fishing
Not only are some of the facilities at White Acres getting a makeover but the lakes are too and I’m sure even our most regular visitors would have trouble recognising us at the moment! On our pleasure lakes we have replaced 40 pegs and every peg has a non-slip surface, meaning more fishing whatever the weather!
The lakes have also been restocked with new fish from our very own stock ponds and fish farm, as well as the usual maintenance around the lakes of cutting the trees back and clearing the islands, leaving you with money in your pocket so you don’t have to keep replacing those feeders. The islands have also been taken back to the bare minimum and although it looks a bit baron at the moment in will soon burst into life come the spring and be back to stunning scenery.
